Can AI teach you empathy? People are using AI for many different things, and occasionally, people have been using AI for therapy, companionship, and as an assistant. These use cases are also being leveraged by organizations, and some organizations are also using AI to train customer support workers.

Because AI is a valuable tool for data analytics, it can generate insights for users about different topics. AI can also use Natural Language Processing to analyze a lot of text and generate predictions from text data. Generative AI can also be used to generate insight from text, so an organization can use AI to generate scripts for customer support workers.

While we tend to associate AI analysis with more quantitative metrics, AI is also now being used for more qualitative analysis. You can train AI to detect emotion. There are various AI tools that can help you determine, this customer is angry or their response has a negative connotation.”

Many companies are offering more sophisticated sentiment analysis tools, and these tools can be used to detect human emotions based on text – for example, AI can detect whether a customer is happy based on the text it receives. AI can be leveraged to make business processes more efficient and to improve customer service by recognizing human emotions to determine the appropriate response. It is also important to verify the responses that AI gives a user as AI can occasionally make mistakes.
